Omega Ouzeri is a full service restaurant and bar located in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. It redefines and updates traditional Greek restaurant recipes around the long-standing tradition of ""meze"", small plates of exceptional food, designed to be shared around the table with ouzo, tsipouro, and a Greek only wine list. Founded by Greek restaurateur and Executive Chef Thomas Soukakos, Omega is the only establishment of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. The space is bright, open and lively, and the service is exceptional. The restaurant features small tables for intimate conversation and communal tables for lively connections; a dynamic open-air kitchen, uniquely Greek spirited bar, a private party mezzanine, and a large outdoor seating area. Included are wines from all of the winemaking regions of Greece, from boutique wineries such as Afianes Winery (Island of Ikaria) to Alpha Estate (Amyndeon, Florina region), featuring the indigenous grapes of one of the most ancient winemaking countries in the world.
