Monte Nido's Eating Disorder Center of Boston is a day therapy and intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment program. Set in the heart of Boston on Boylston Street, steps from the Boston Common. Monte Nido's Eating Disorder Center of Boston is quickly accessible through public transportation. Using the same philosophy and procedures of the residential areas, Monte Nido's Eating Disorder Center of Boston is available for male and female adolescents and adults who are transitioning from residential treatment or for those needing a higher level of therapy. Monte Nido's therapy approach concentrates on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the execution of healthy eating and exercise routines, the elimination of destructive behaviors and the development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our goal is to help each client accomplish a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise condition and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their individual recovery. |
