A hog roast is an exciting alternative to a buffet or sit down meal and will provide the perfect focal point for your function, whatever the occasion. Your guests will be fascinated by its appearance and tantalised by the delicious aroma The pig is freshly cooked on the day and is slow roasted in an oven rather than a spit roaster for about twelve hours, this results in succulent, tender meat with golden brown crispy crackling, just as it should be and all for a very competitive price.
