| Lexington Hearing & Speech Center (LHSC) is a private, nonprofit agency with over 50 years of experience working with children with hearing loss and/or speech/language impairments. The Center began in 1960 as a preschool for children with hearing loss after a group of parents approached the founders, Jimmy and Edie Frankel, with a request to create an educational alternative to the state residential school for the deaf. | |
