Absolute shambles! Used this company for a bathroom refit &it turned into a nightmare. Initially they came accross as very professional but this didn't last. Absolutely no communication so we never knew what days they'd turn up. Some of the staff were rude & they never suggested solutions to any of the problems they encountered - (& as plumbing & electrics are alien to me I had no idea what to suggest). Finishes often seemed shoddy & things like fitting a bath panel were not included in price.
