AT Edge Personal Training HARROGATE, WE LIKE TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY. Unlike traditional fitness providers we do not charge ‘per hour’ for our services because we don’t believe that offers the best route to success for you. Our number one focus is on results, so instead of personal training charged by the hour all of our clients have a one-to-one consultation with our highly-trained personal trainers before we design a bespoke plan for you and you alone. In order to fulfil the different needs of our clients, we have a range of training options available, from one-to-one and small group personal training to our specialist goal orientated group sessions, which offers the value of group exercise but the benefits of being run like a personal training session. |
