A Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) usually occurs once 100% of the products have been produced and 80% of each item has been packed. As part of a statistical method outlined by inspection industrial standards, eagle eyes inspectors sample products to verify their overall quality, including quantity, workmanship (AQL), specification, labeling, packaging, function testing and safety testing, carton drop tests, etc. This ensures your product is consistent and compliant with the targeted country, industry, specified requirements and that no critical major or unacceptable defects appear.
