Low-code development platforms and tools (and sometimes no-code solutions) can simplify this process, but they also require a learning curve for everyone involved to embrace new techniques and methods. Low-code solutions provide developers with a standardized modular system. The needs-based compilation of the application runs via a graphical user interface (GUI). Low-code thus increases the speed of software development, reduces costs and partially shifts developer tasks directly to the users. There are several alternative design paradigms for low-code applications - generators, templates, and simple design languages. Generators crawl your database and generate data-bound forms or grids for each database table. Templates tend to be more sophisticated but less flexible. The possibilities of the design environments vary greatly: in some cases a scanned paper form is sufficient, in others a Photoshop image. Einige Preismodelle können Ausschlusskriterium werden, etwa Gebühren auf Nutzerbasis, wenn sie auf Consumer-Apps mit potenziell sehr großen Zielgruppen angewendet werden. |
