Here at Artemiz Hypnotherapy, I offer a person-centred service, creating individualised treatment plans to transform your life, build upon your strengths, and build confidence to thrive. I have applied my skills to assist individuals in managing anxiety and exploring new opportunities in their career and life choices. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to meet you and understand your current situation, goals, and challenges. I will also give you the initial stages of a plan for the future. I am trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, HypnoCBT, and Transpersonal Coaching, which allows me to work with Mindfulness techniques, shadow Work, and Neuro-Linguistic programming techniques. I also undertake regular CPD in line with professional practice and have completed several short courses in ‘Old Pain 2 Go’ and alternative hypnotherapeutic techniques. I have also completed level 2 in the First-Aid Mental Health Course. In 2019, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology BSc(Hons) at the University of Derby. After completing my degree, I became a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and enjoy continued membership. |
