About ADHD Support
ADHD Support provides coaching, support and advice to people with ADHD, their families, partners and employers.
We specialise in one-to-one and group coaching, webinars and tutorials which help people find ways to overcome the problems they experience due to their ADHD. This will include help with mental focus and avoiding distractions, emotional regulation, help with anxiety and stress, and helping avoiding becoming overwhelmed.
We offer help and advice to parents of children with ADHD, and also help employees and employers with advice on reasonable workplace adjustments which can be implemented to make the working environment better.
We also offer help with getting government Access to Work funding which can be used for reasonable work adjustments or to pay for our courses and training programmes.
